Strength

Looking to hone your skills in the specific movements of powerlifting (squats, bench press, deadlifts)? Our Strength Class is perfect for you! Led by William, a powerlifting coach with extensive knowledge and experience, he will guide you through the techniques. William is a graduate of the renowned Westside Barbell school and a strong advocate of the “Conjugate Method” in training.

In these classes, one week will focus on lower-body movements, while the next will emphasize upper-body exercises. The best part: it’s all included with your regular membership!
